Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia, with venue in Maribor.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing use of our website and services. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
